二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Possess the general contracting qualification of Level 3 or above for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, or the professional contracting qualification of Level 3 or above for river regulation projects.
The proposed project leader shall have the qualification of a registered constructor of Level 2 or above in the specialty of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
This project is specifically procured for small, medium and micro enterprises.
